By accessing or using any service provided by Telsis LLC ("Telsis," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms apply to all customers, users, and others who access or use Telsis services, including VoIP origination, termination, SIP trunking, DID and TFN provisioning, and VoIP switching services.
Telsis provides carrier-grade VoIP communication services including but not limited to:
Services are provided on an as-available basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use Telsis services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at sales@telsis.net.
Your use of Telsis services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
Customers are billed according to the pricing schedule agreed upon at the time of service activation. All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Telsis reserves the right to suspend service for non-payment with reasonable notice.
All charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of invoice date.
Telsis targets 99.9% network uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Telsis is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party carriers, force majeure events, or customer equipment failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telsis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Telsis in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Telsis may immediately suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yellowstone County, Montana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
