Telsis LLC is committed to protecting consumers and the integrity of the public telephone network. This Call Blocking Policy outlines the circumstances under which Telsis may block, filter, or restrict voice traffic on our network, in accordance with FCC rules and applicable telecommunications law.
Telsis may block calls under the following circumstances:
Telsis implements STIR/SHAKEN call authentication on our network as required by the FCC. Calls with a full attestation (A-level) will pass through normally. Calls with partial or gateway attestation may be subject to additional screening. Calls with no attestation from sources known for abuse may be blocked.
Customers may request blocking of specific numbers or traffic patterns on their accounts. To request blocking, contact us at sales@telsis.net with the relevant details. Telsis will make reasonable efforts to accommodate legitimate blocking requests.
If you believe your calls or numbers have been incorrectly blocked by Telsis, you may challenge the block by contacting us at:
Please provide the calling number(s), destination(s), approximate time of the blocked calls, and any relevant context. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the block was made in error, we will work to restore service promptly.
Telsis does not block calls to 911 or other emergency services under any circumstances. Blocking of emergency calls is strictly prohibited under FCC regulations.
In accordance with FCC transparency requirements, Telsis makes this Call Blocking Policy publicly available. We will notify affected customers when calls are blocked due to suspected fraud or AUP violations, where practicable.
